Pre-grout treatment. Protects surfaces against staining from cement, grout, jointing compounds and organic matter.

A water based pre-grout treatment for use on all types of textured porcelain tile surfaces.

Helps with grout and jointing compound release.

Allows surface to breathe. For external areas, a further application after grouting will assist the removal of all types of dried on organic matter as and when it occurs.
