As they hand finish a lot of their tiles, they don`t always have the huge stock levels as some mass produced brands have.

If the tiles you require are going to take too long to get to you (or they have stopped being made) then we will refund your order in full.

We will let you know within one working day of you placing the order what is happening with your order and when they are likely to be delivered.
